What is Slab Stock?

For those who may be unfamiliar, slab stock is a type of foam material that is produced in large blocks or “slabs”. These slabs are then cut into various shapes and sizes to create different products such as cushions, mattresses, and packaging materials through the process of slab stock molding.

Our Products

Most of our standard slabs are square with sizes ranging from 950mm x 1004mm to our largest size 1510mm x 1510mm, with many sizes in-between. Available thicknesses can be up to 75.2mm on the larger slab sizes, with thick wall molding services available in these cases.

The most common material for Slab Stock is Polypropylene copolymer, or homopolymer. Many other materials can be available by special request.
