The Slabstock Fabrication & Molding Process
Working with slabstock typically involves machining plastic foam slabs to the customer’s specification. This often involves cutting and stitching or gluing to achieve the desired product.
We also have the capacity of fabricate slabstock molded to your specifications. Our molded foam production capabilities allow us to work with your molds or, if necessary, we can work with you to design and fabricate custom molds to suit your needs. This helps reduce the need for excess machining, cutting, gluing, etc., reducing both production time and cost.
